陰瑜伽 著重在下半身的運動 節奏較緩慢 為求徹底放鬆身心 慢節奏的練習,每個姿勢通常維持三到五分鐘 鍛鍊骨骼以及伸展肌肉,更能調節神經系統,釋放內在壓力 改善因壓力而造成的失眠,嗜睡,疲倦,千頭萬緒,筋骨痠痛 適合初習瑜伽者
